Built in the 1960's & badly out-of-date, the Lower Bath House was crushed by a falling tree during a freak wind storm in November of 2002. It was replaced by a modern, clean & ADA accessible facility in spring of 2004.

We also replaced all Sagehen utilities back to source during the spring 2004 round of construction, bringing them up to code.

The Tree-house cabin was also destroyed by tree fall during the 2002 storm. It was removed in 2004 & the new "Burnside" cabin with attached outdoor meeting area was sited on the adjacent Upper Camp tent-platform footprint...

...meanwhile, the Lower Camp tent platform collapsed during a snow storm later in 2002. It was removed & a new "Tree-house" cabin was re-sited out of the meadow in the Lower Camp next to the Tool Shed in 2004.
