Publications

We maintain a Zotero bibliographic database of publications from the reserves of the Central Sierra Field Research Stations (CSFRS). Learn more about this list here. See bibliographies for:

Sagehen’s publications include:

Research publications are available from conventional sources like university libraries. Where there is an online version available, we have included the URL in the Zotero bibliographic record. Hard copies of most early Masters and Ph.D. theses produced at Sagehen are available in the Sagehen Creek Field Station library; station collections are for on-site use, only.

Some original Sagehen documents and media are housed in the UC Berkeley Bancroft Library, i.e. station use logs from the 1950’s, A. S. Leopold wildlife course lecture recordings, original data sheets, etc.

See our calendar for abstracts of research and education projects currently underway at Sagehen.

Notes:

* UNR Ph.D.s (and some Masters) are awarded on the basis of a series of scientific publications in the field, not on a single thesis.

** San Jose State University Masters candidates may elect to submit a portfolio, rather than a thesis.
